The snoot comes in five sizes matching different BigBlue light heads. Check your light’s manual or the list below before choosing:

• Snoot 35: AL1300 series (2022) and the RGB White lights
• Snoot 38: AL1200 series (2018) and the RGB White lights
• Snoot 50: CB4000P
• Snoot 55: VL6000P
• Snoot 63: CB7200P, CB7200PB, CB11000P and CB11000PBRC

A snoot is the simplest way to lift your underwater images: instead of lighting the whole scene you place the light exactly where you want it. UW photographers use the BigBlue Snoot for precisely this – highlighting nudibranchs, shrimp and other small subjects with a tight cone of light, without backscatter in the surrounding particles.
