The difference between Navy and Navy Extreme is the extra Thinsulate padding at the chest, hips and the back of the diver’s body. In these areas the weight is around 600 g/m, which gives extreme thermal protection.

Description

The material was produced to special order for U.S. Army Special Forces Divers, to meet every requirement for cold-water diving.

The greatest advantage of the NAVY is its flexibility.

It is very comfortable and gives you excellent freedom of movement
It is easy to put on and does not ruck up
Provides very good air flow.
It is very light, weighing less than 2.5 kg
Maintains good thermal comfort, even if you get soaked through
Wicks perspiration away from the body
It is very well treated with an antibacterial impregnation and does not smell
Dries within a few hours
There is no limit to the number of washes, but remember to use a low temperature; it can be spin dried
Tailored, hard-wearing flat seams provide comfort
It is soft and pleasant against the skin
Three pockets, including one with a zip
A standing collar does not clash with insulation close to the neck
