Twin set 2×10 L steel – 300 bar, with cylinder boots

Description

This Steel 2×10 300 twin set with convex cylinders and cylinder boots is assembled from components made in Europe, suited to technical diving and demanding conditions. The set is supplied fully assembled with manifold, valves and cylinder bands.

• The manifold valves are made in Italy to high specifications. Radial O-rings ensure a good seal between the isolator valve and the main valve, and the valve stem has a radial O-ring seal that reduces wear over time.
• V4Tec cylinder bands are made in Germany from V4A stainless steel (DIN 1.4571). Cutting is done with a 2.2 kW platinum laser for high dimensional accuracy, while bending and welding are done by hand. The entire surface is finished after grinding. The production method is protected under German utility model law.
• The O-rings and grease used during assembly are oxygen compatible.
